THE RUMERS — TERMS OF USE
These Terms of Use (“Terms” or “Agreement”) constitute a legal agreement between you and Finzeo LLC, a Nevada limited liability company operating under the names The Rumers and The Rumers Squad (collectively referred to as “The Rumers,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, educational memberships, education sessions, videos, courses, downloadable materials, online communities, digital products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By purchasing, registering for, or accessing our Services and accepting these Terms through an applicable registration or checkout process, you agree to this Agreement.
If you do not agree, you must not purchase or use our Services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to access or purchase our Services.
1. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY — NO FINANCIAL ADVICE
The Rumers provides trading education, market commentary, technical analysis, educational trading ideas, instructional content, and related educational resources.
All information provided through our Services is intended for general educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing provided by The Rumers constitutes personalized investment advice, a recommendation tailored to your particular financial circumstances, or an offer to buy or sell securities, futures contracts, or other financial instruments.
We do not undertake to act as your investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, broker, account manager, or fiduciary merely by providing access to our educational Services.
Any trading ideas, strategies, market observations are general in nature and are not based on an individual member's investment objectives, financial situation, or risk tolerance.
You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of any trading activity and for making your own financial decisions.
We strongly recommend consulting an appropriately licensed financial professional before making investment decisions.
2. TRADING RISKS AND NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Trading stocks, futures, options and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person.
Futures Trading Risk: Futures trading involves leverage. Because futures positions may be controlled with a margin deposit representing only a fraction of the contract's value, relatively small market movements can produce substantial losses. Losses may exceed the initial margin deposit, and additional funds may be required to maintain positions. You may lose more than the amount initially deposited in your trading account.
You acknowledge and agree that:
-Trading involves significant financial risk.
-Past performance does not guarantee future results.
-Examples of profitable trades do not establish that similar results will be achieved by members.
-Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably.
-Educational trade ideas may result in losses.
-Actual trading results depend on numerous factors, including market conditions, execution, position sizing, individual decisions, and risk management.
The Rumers makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that members will earn profits, generate income, recover losses, become consistently profitable, or achieve any specific financial outcome.
Any testimonials, member experiences, trading examples, or historical results reflect the circumstances represented and should not be interpreted as a promise of similar outcomes.
EDUCATIONAL TRADE IDEAS DISCLAIMER
All trade ideas, trading examples, market commentary, and related content shared by The Rumers are provided solely for educational and entertainment purposes.
Trade ideas are not personalized financial advice or instructions to execute any particular trade. No trading results or profits are guaranteed.
Members are solely responsible for their own trading decisions, risk management, and financial outcomes.

The Rumers may use independent third-party platforms to provide educational content, communications, community features, membership management, live sessions, trading ideas, and related Services.
Such platforms may include Discord, Slack, Zoom, membership dashboards, email services, messaging applications, social media platforms, and other technologies.
These platforms are independently operated and may be governed by separate terms of service, privacy policies, security practices, and technical limitations.
The Rumers does not own or exercise complete control over independent third-party communication platforms.
Members acknowledge that third-party platforms may permit other users to view usernames, profile information, membership activity, or other information depending on platform functionality, permissions, and user privacy settings.
These environments may expose users to risks including:
-Unauthorized communications and unsolicited messages.

-Fraudulent profiles and identity impersonation.
-Malicious or misleading links.
-Unauthorized investment solicitations.
-Fraudulent communities or imitation websites.
-Attempts to obtain passwords, financial information, or other sensitive data.
-Unauthorized efforts to identify or contact other community members.
Although The Rumers may implement security precautions, membership verification procedures, access restrictions, warnings, and moderation practices, we cannot guarantee that third-party platforms will be free from fraudulent accounts, security vulnerabilities, impersonation attempts, or other unauthorized activity.
Members acknowledge that third-party platforms may provide communication functionality that operates independently of the Company's community moderation and access controls.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Rumers disclaims responsibility for independent third-party misconduct that it did not authorize, direct, or control.
Nothing in this section excludes liability for our own conduct to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

G. INDEPENDENT VERIFICATION
Any request to transfer money, provide investment-account credentials, join an investment platform, or participate in a financial program claiming to be affiliated with The Rumers should be independently verified before any action is taken.
Members must not rely solely on information provided within an unsolicited message when attempting to authenticate its sender.
The appearance of a Company name, photograph, logo, or other identifying information does not establish authorization or affiliation.
IMPORTANT: THE RUMERS DOES NOT AUTHORIZE UNSOLICITED PRIVATE INVESTMENT SOLICITATIONS, MIRROR-TRADING DEPOSIT PROGRAMS, OR TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL INVESTMENT FUNDS TO THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNTS THROUGH DISCORD OR OTHER SOCIAL MESSAGING PLATFORMS.
5. OFFICIAL COMMUNICATIONS AND MEMBER VERIFICATION

Members should verify unexpected communications using contact information published on our official website or within their authenticated membership dashboard.
Members should not trust alternative verification procedures supplied exclusively by an unverified person or account.
The Rumers is not responsible for representations or commitments made by unauthorized individuals falsely claiming to represent the Company, except to the extent responsibility arises under applicable law.
Members are strongly encouraged to report suspicious communications promptly through the Company's verified support channels and to avoid sending money, passwords, authentication codes, or other sensitive information to unverified individuals.

Any person offering such a program on behalf of The Rumers is not an authorized Company representative.
Members acknowledge that transferring money to an independently operated bank account, cryptocurrency wallet, investment website, or third-party financial platform is separate from purchasing the Company's educational Services.
The Company is not a party to transactions conducted directly between members and unauthorized third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Rumers does not assume responsibility for unauthorized third-party investment transactions, representations, promised returns, account balances, withdrawals, or financial losses arising from such independent transactions.

Certain Services are offered through recurring memberships, including quarterly and annual subscription plans.
The price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and material purchase conditions applicable to each subscription will be disclosed during checkout.

Recurring subscriptions renew at the disclosed billing interval unless canceled before the applicable renewal deadline.
Members may cancel future renewals using the available membership-management process or by contacting Company support through the official website or verified support email.
Unless otherwise stated in the purchase terms, cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically terminate access for the remainder of an already-paid membership period.
Members remain responsible for charges properly incurred before cancellation.

The Company will not impose undisclosed recurring fees.
Order Acceptance and Cancellation
The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, or pricing errors. If an order is canceled by the Company after payment, the payment will be refunded.
Billing Questions and Payment Issues
Members are encouraged to contact Company support directly regarding any billing questions, payment errors, or account concerns so that the Company has an opportunity to review and resolve the matter.
If a payment is declined, reversed, or remains unpaid, the Company reserves the right to suspend access to the associated paid Services while the payment status is being resolved, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Any outstanding payment obligations remain subject to the applicable purchase terms and governing law.
10. REFUNDS AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Our courses, educational subscriptions, downloadable materials, and other digital products are subject to the Company's posted Refund Policy:
https://therumers.com/refund-policy
Purchases of digital educational products and membership subscriptions are non-refundable once access has been provided, except as stated in the Refund Policy or applicable purchase terms, or where a refund is required by applicable law.
Cancellation of a recurring subscription does not automatically entitle a member to a prorated refund for unused membership time.
Any exceptions, upgrade credits, billing adjustments, or goodwill refunds are subject to the terms expressly offered by the Company.
Nothing in these Terms limits any nonwaivable statutory refund, cancellation, or consumer-protection rights.
Members are encouraged to contact Company support regarding billing errors or service concerns.
11. SERVICE AVAILABILITY, NOTIFICATIONS AND PLATFORM CHANGES
The Rumers may provide access to live educational sessions, recorded materials, market commentary, trading ideas, community communications, and related resources.
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of third-party technologies.
Notifications and electronic communications may experience transmission delays, service interruptions, notification failures, or other technical limitations.
Members acknowledge that the delivery time of an electronic notification may differ from the time a message was originally published.
The Company may reasonably modify its technology providers, communication platforms, or methods of delivering Services.
The Company may temporarily suspend community invitations, onboarding, or certain communication features when reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, protect members, investigate security concerns, or maintain operational integrity.
Where changes materially affect purchased Services, the Company will provide notice and applicable remedies as required by law and the relevant purchase agreement.

The Company endeavors to provide useful and accurate educational information but does not warrant that every market observation, instructional example, chart, or analysis will be complete, current, or free from errors.
Market information may become outdated quickly.
The Company may correct errors, update educational content, or modify information as reasonably necessary.
Members are responsible for independently verifying information before taking financial action.

By voluntarily submitting content for display within our Services, members grant the Company a limited, nonexclusive license to host, display, and process that content as reasonably necessary to operate, administer, moderate, and support the Services.
The Company does not automatically endorse or verify all statements made by members or third parties.
Members are responsible for ensuring that content they submit does not violate applicable laws or the rights of others.
Any separate commercial or promotional use of member testimonials or identifiable content will be subject to applicable consent and advertising requirements.

THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE CONTRACTUALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR INDEPENDENT, UNAUTHORIZED FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN MEMBERS AND THIRD PARTIES MERELY BECAUSE A THIRD PARTY FALSELY USES THE COMPANY'S NAME, BRANDING, OR IDENTITY.
THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT ENFORCEABLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
NOTHING IN THIS SECTION LIMITS NONWAIVABLE STATUTORY RIGHTS OR REMEDIES.
17. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its authorized representatives from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your own unlawful conduct, fraudulent activity, infringement of intellectual property rights, or material violations of these Terms.
This indemnification obligation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
18. AFFILIATE RELATIONSHIPS AND THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS
The Rumers may recommend, discuss, or reference third-party products and services, including brokers, trading platforms, proprietary trading (“prop”) firms, charting tools, indicators, software, and other trading-related resources.
Some recommendations, links, promotional codes, or referrals may involve affiliate or commercial relationships.
If you register, subscribe, or make a purchase through certain links or referral codes, the Company may receive a commission, referral fee, or other form of compensation.
Such arrangements may provide the Company with a financial incentive to recommend or discuss particular products or services.
Where required by applicable law, relevant financial relationships will be disclosed clearly and conspicuously in connection with the applicable recommendation or promotion.
References to third-party products or services do not constitute guarantees regarding their performance, financial condition, regulatory status, suitability, or reliability.
Third-party products and services are governed by their own terms, policies, and applicable legal requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company does not assume responsibility for the independent performance, pricing, financial obligations, account decisions, payouts, or misconduct of third-party providers.
Members are responsible for independently evaluating whether any third-party product or service is appropriate for their individual circumstances.

24. SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
